The Design of the Cenoté Table was inspired by a cenoté my wife and I visited in Mexico while on our second honeymoon. I was taken aback by the remoteness of it. How does a 100' hole show up seemingly out of nowhere?
The table is made from layers of plywood cut out one at a time and then bonded together in order to create a topographical-like surface. The cut-out section is then filled layer by layer with crystal clear epoxy to mimic the water in the Cenoté.
Altogether there are 36 layers of plywood and filled in with 7 gallons of epoxy and feature chrome legs.
